Rolex is adding lacquered dials in soft pastel shades to its Oyster Perpetual collection, which is known for its rich and innovative dials. The new lacquered dials, such as lavender, sandy beige or pistachio green, have a matte finish and are an innovative design in the Rolex watch collection.
The Oyster Perpetual 28 features a lavender matte lacquered dial, while the Oyster Perpetual 36 features a sandy beige matte lacquered dial. The Oyster Perpetual 41 is equipped with a pistachio green matte lacquered dial, paired with a redesigned Oyster case and a slim Oyster buckle, making the lines more harmonious and pleasing to the eye.

The Oyster Perpetual 28 is equipped with calibre 2232, while the Oyster Perpetual 36 and 41 are equipped with calibre 3230. These two movements, which incorporate cutting-edge watchmaking technology, enable the Oyster Perpetual 28, 36 and 41 to display the hours, minutes and seconds with the precision required.
Like all Rolex watches, the Oyster Perpetual carries the Superlative Chronometer certification, which ensures superb performance on the wrist.

Oyster Essence
The Oyster Perpetual watches are a direct descendant of the first waterproof Oyster watch launched in 1926. Rolex is world-renowned for its Oyster watches. These timepieces share all the qualities of the Oyster Perpetual collection – chronometer-grade precision, waterproof Oyster cases and automatic movements with a Perpetual rotor. Available only in Oystersteel, the new models display the hours, minutes and seconds in the most elegant and simple way. They continue to reinterpret the Oyster Essence in new ways, gradually incorporating the technical innovations introduced by Rolex. The rich and varied dial colours and designs continue to breathe life into the Oyster Perpetual, bringing a modern appeal to the watch.

The Oyster case, a symbol of waterproofness
The Oyster case of the Oyster Perpetual 28, 36 and 41 models is 28 mm, 36 mm and 41 mm in diameter respectively, guaranteed waterproof to a depth of 100 metres (330 feet), providing the best protection for the movement and a paragon of robustness and elegance. The middle case is cast from a solid block of Oystersteel with a domed polished bezel. The case is sealed by the finely fluted bottom cover screwed down by a Rolex-authorised watchmaker using a special tool exclusive to the brand. The double-lock winding crown has a double waterproofing system and is securely screwed onto the case. The mirror is made of anti-reflective sapphire crystal, which is not easily scratched. The waterproof Oyster case provides the best protection for the movement.

Oyster bracelet
The Oyster Perpetual watches are equipped with the Oyster bracelet. This three-link metal bracelet is sturdy and reliable and was launched in the late 1930s.
In the new watch, the Oyster bracelet is made of Oystersteel and equipped with a folding Oysterclasp. The bracelet is also equipped with the Easylink extension system developed by Rolex, which allows the wearer to easily extend the strap by about 5 mm.

Superlative Chronometer
Like all Rolex watches, the Oyster Perpetual 28, Oyster Perpetual 36 and Oyster Perpetual 41 carry the Superlative Chronometer certification established by Rolex in 2015. This unique designation proves that each watch has successfully passed a series of tests conducted by Rolex in its laboratories. In addition, the movements of these watches are certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC). The tests are carried out after the watch has been assembled and the movement has been cased, guaranteeing that the watch will perform superbly when worn in terms of precision, power reserve, waterproofness and self-winding. The average deviation of a Rolex Superlative Chronometer is within +/- 2 seconds per day, a level of precision far exceeding that required of a COSC-certified chronometer.
The green seal, a symbol of the Superlative Chronometer, is attached to every Rolex watch and comes with an international five-year warranty.
